Supported countries and payment methods

This guide covers the countries Lewdden is open to (both for buyers and creators), the payment methods you can pay with, and the payout / shipping considerations that depend on where you are.

1) Where buyers can sign up and shop

Buyer accounts are open to anyone aged 18+ in any country we’re allowed to serve. There’s no country picker that gates buying — if you can pass the age check at the front door of the site, you can create a fan account and buy clips, subscribe, top up the wallet, and tip.

What may differ by country:

  • Which payment methods are visible at checkout — see §3.
  • Which physical-item shipping options the creator offers to your address — see Shipping times and tracking.
  • How VAT shows on your receipt — see Receipts and VAT invoices.

If our front-door age gate or terms of service prevent access from your country (a small number of jurisdictions, typically those with explicit local-law restrictions on adult content), the site will tell you at sign-up rather than letting you sign up first and fail later.

2) Where creators can sign up and earn

Creator accounts are open in any country where:

If your country isn’t supported by the verification provider for ID checks, contact support — there may be alternative routes for some jurisdictions.

3) Payment methods you can use to pay

At checkout you’ll see two payment options on most orders:

  1. Netfield-Media.com — the card / direct-payment option. On the Netfield Media payment gate you can choose from nine methods: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), SEPA Direct Debit, Giropay, Sofort, EPS, iDEAL, CashtoCode (pay with cash at a partner store), CoinPay (cryptocurrency), and Bank transfer / advance payment (Vorkasse). The exact set on display adapts to your billing country and what your bank supports.
  2. Lewdden Wallet — pay using credit you’ve already topped up. Instant, no card needed for the actual purchase (you topped it up earlier). Available whenever you have enough balance.

For wallet top-ups specifically (the moment you bring money into your Lewdden wallet for later use), the Topping up your wallet guide walks through every method available — including SEPA bank transfer for larger top-ups.

All amounts are charged in EUR. If your card is in a different currency, your bank converts it at their FX rate and may add a small currency-conversion fee. Check your bank’s statement for the exact rate they applied. Your receipt from Netfield Media S.L will always show the EUR amount we billed.

4) Card brands — practical note

  • Visa, Mastercard — universal coverage. Personal cards, business cards, prepaid cards, and most virtual cards work as long as your bank allows online digital purchases.
  • Maestro — works on most European cards. Some older Maestro cards from specific banks aren’t enabled for online use; check with your bank if a transaction declines.
  • American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay — coverage varies by country and by Netfield’s current acquiring agreements. Not every Amex / Discover card will be accepted on every order. If your card declines, the cleanest alternative is Visa / Mastercard or a SEPA / iDEAL bank-transfer top-up.

If a card declines at checkout, the error message at the top of the page is the place to look first — it usually tells you exactly which check failed (insufficient funds, 3-D Secure failed, card not enabled for online, etc.).

5) Bank-transfer & alternative methods (top-ups and direct payment)

Where supported by your country, the following bank-rail methods can be used either at checkout or as wallet top-up methods:

  • SEPA bank transfer — EU-wide. Slow (1–2 business days to clear) but no card needed and zero per-transaction fee from Lewdden. Best for large wallet top-ups.
  • iDEAL — Netherlands. Direct bank-app authorisation, instant.
  • Sofort — Germany / Austria. Bank-login authorisation, instant.
  • Giropay — Germany. Online-banking based, instant.
  • EPS — Austria. Bank-portal based, instant.
  • Bank transfer (advance payment / Vorkasse) — pay by manual bank transfer; your order completes once the funds arrive.
  • CashtoCode — pay with cash at a partner store using a voucher code, no bank card needed.
  • CoinPay — pay with cryptocurrency (for example Bitcoin).

For full method-by-method walkthroughs (which to pick, what each looks like in your bank), see Topping up your wallet.

6) What payouts to creators look like by country

Creator payouts are paid by SEPA bank transfer in EUR, monthly. SEPA is the EU’s “single euro payments area” — 36 European countries can receive SEPA payments natively. If your country isn’t in SEPA, you can still receive payouts via a SEPA-compatible IBAN from one of the IBAN services we’ve documented:

The Partner-ID that links your payouts is registered separately — you only need a SEPA-compatible IBAN to attach to it. See Setting up your Partner-ID for the full sequence.

7) Physical-item shipping

For creators who sell physical items (signed photos, prints, used items, custom merch), shipping is configured on a per-creator basis. Each creator picks which countries / regions they ship to, what carriers, and what the cost looks like. From a buyer’s side: at checkout, the shipping line shows you exactly which option is available for your address and what it costs. If “no shipping options available” appears, the creator either doesn’t ship to your country or hasn’t set up an option for that region — see Ordering physical items for the buyer flow.

8) FAQ

Q: Why is everything priced in EUR?
Our merchant of record (Netfield Media S.L) operates in EUR, the platform is based in the EU, and the payouts go out in EUR via SEPA. EUR is the natural common currency. Your card or bank handles the conversion automatically.

Q: Why doesn’t my country show in the country dropdown at checkout?
We don’t restrict checkout countries from our side — every country is in the dropdown. If yours genuinely isn’t visible, it’s likely a temporary load issue: try reloading. If it persists, open a support ticket with the country name.

Q: My card was rejected. Is it a country issue?
Usually no — declines are almost always at the issuing-bank level (insufficient funds, the bank doesn’t allow online card use for digital goods, 3-D Secure failed). Try the same card on a small wallet top-up first; if that also fails, your bank is the right place to start. As a backup, use a SEPA top-up or a different card.

Q: I’m a buyer in the UK / US / outside the EU. Will this work for me?
Yes, as long as your card is enabled for international and digital purchases. Most major UK / US banks are. Your bank handles the EUR-to-GBP / EUR-to-USD conversion at their own rate.

Q: Can creators set their own currency?
Not on a per-creator basis. All prices on the platform are EUR. Creators can list any EUR price within the platform’s floor (€4.99 for clips and similar minimums for other product types).

Q: Do you accept crypto?
Yes, you can pay with cryptocurrency via CoinPay at checkout and for wallet top-ups; just pick CoinPay on the Netfield Media payment gate. Every method is listed in Topping up your wallet.

Q: I’m trying to sign up as a creator from a country not in the SEPA zone. What’s the realistic path?
Sign up, complete identity verification, then open a Wise / Payoneer / Paxum account from your country to get a SEPA-compatible IBAN — that becomes your payout rail. The IBAN-setup articles above walk through each. Many international creators pick Wise as the lowest-friction option.
