Reading your Payouts page — earnings, pending, paid

Video guide

Prefer to watch? This short guide reads your Payouts page — your open balance, what is awaiting the next export, and what has already been paid out.

Your Payouts page is the single place to see what you’ve earned, what’s waiting to go out, and what has already landed in your bank. This guide walks the page top to bottom so every tile, badge, and table column is something you can read at a glance.

This article is the companion to How creator payouts work (which explains the schedule and commission) and to Setting up your Partner-ID (which is the form at the very top of the same page).

1) Where to find it

Bank withdrawals card — total withdrawn, pending and lifetime payouts.
The Bank withdrawals panel: what you have withdrawn, what is pending, and your lifetime payouts.

Sign in, open your storefront sidebar, and click Payouts. The full URL is:

https://staging.lewdden.com/store-manager/payouts/

The page is open as soon as your account exists — you don’t have to wait for verification to finish to look at it. Until your Partner-ID is validated, the tables stay empty (or show a yellow banner — see §7).

2) The status card at the top

Just below the Partner-ID form, the first card is titled Your payout status. It is the 30-second summary of where you are right now:

  • Open balance — what you’ve earned this month that hasn’t been built into a monthly run yet. The tile reads something like 12.34 EUR. The line under it says “This is what will be sent to Netfield on the next monthly run.”
  • Next export — the date the next monthly export will be built. It’s always the 1st of the next month (Berlin time). A short helper line below this date describes how the SEPA transfer is sent to your bank.
  • Partner-ID — either ✓ Locked in (green, with your validated ID below it) or Not set yet (orange, with a pointer to the form). If you don’t have a Partner-ID yet, your earnings still build up in the Open balance, but they can’t actually leave until the ID is in place.

3) “Awaiting payout” — the table of money on its way

The next card is titled Awaiting payout. Each row is one calendar month that has been built into an export but not yet confirmed paid. The four columns are:

  • Period — the month the earnings cover, like January 2026. One row per month, never split.
  • Amount — your share for that month, in EUR with two decimals.
  • Status — a small coloured badge. There are two badges you can see in this table:
    • Queued — the month is locked, the amount is final, but the export file hasn’t been picked up yet.
    • In Netfield queue — the export was handed off and the bank transfer is being prepared. The SEPA transfer is sent right after Netfield pulls the monthly file on the 1st, so this status flips to Paid once the money reaches your bank, between the 4th and the 7th of the month.
  • Built / Sent to Netfield — the date the row moved through each step. While it’s just queued, you’ll see “Queued: 2026-02-01 00:05”. Once the export has been handed off, the cell flips to “Sent to Netfield: 2026-02-04 09:12”. Times are shown in your Berlin-timezone clock.

If the table is empty but the Open balance is more than €0, the page just says “You have €X building up. It will be sent to Netfield on January 1, 2026.” — that’s normal during the month before the export is built.

4) “Earnings over time” — the chart card

The next card is titled Earnings over time. It draws the last 24 months as a stacked-bar + line chart. Each month gets one bar broken into three coloured segments:

  • Queued (yellow) — built but not yet sent.
  • Sent to Netfield (blue) — sent, payment in flight.
  • Paid (green) — confirmed paid.

The dark green line on top is your Lifetime paid — the running total of every payout that has cleared. Hovering any month shows the exact EUR figures for each colour band.

The card line under the heading reminds you what the colours mean: “Each bar shows what was queued / sent / paid that month. The line shows your total earned so far.”

5) “Paid out” — the historical table

The last card is titled Paid out. Same shape as the Awaiting table, but only contains rows that have been confirmed paid. The columns are:

  • Period — the month the row covers.
  • Amount — what landed in your bank for that month.
  • Status — always Paid here. (One other badge can appear in your history: Cancelled — used if a queued row had to be voided before it was sent. The amount goes back into your Open balance and rolls into the next monthly run.)
  • Paid on — the date the bank transfer cleared, in your Berlin-timezone clock.

The newest row is at the top. The page keeps the most recent 100 rows of payout history visible.

6) Email signals you’ll get alongside the page

You don’t have to live on the Payouts page — the platform emails you at the two key moments. Match the subject line to the row in the table:

  • “12.34 EUR queued for your January 2026 payout” — the monthly export was just built. The matching row is in Awaiting payout with status Queued. The email confirms the amount and the period and tells you it’s on its way to Netfield for payout. No action is needed on your side — the SEPA transfer is sent right after Netfield pulls the monthly export file on the 1st, and the money reaches your bank between the 4th and the 7th of the month (the 7th at the latest).
  • “Paid: 12.34 EUR for January 2026” — the bank transfer cleared. The row moved from the Awaiting payout table to the Paid out table. Body line: “Netfield has confirmed your January 2026 payout of 12.34 EUR. The SEPA transfer should already be in your bank — give it a quick check.”
  • “A queued payout was cancelled (and added back to your balance)” — only sent if a queued row had to be voided. The amount has been returned to your Open balance and will be rolled into the next monthly export.

Both happy-path emails sign off with a link straight back to /store-manager/payouts/, and reply-to is set to the support address — so if anything in the email confuses you, just reply.

7) The yellow “unpaid earnings waiting” banner

If you have money in the Open balance but your Partner-ID isn’t validated yet, the very top of the page shows a yellow banner: “You have unpaid earnings waiting”. The body of the banner reads:

“You have 12.34 EUR sitting in your open balance. Add your Netfield Partner-ID below so we can send it your way.”

This banner is a friendly nudge — your money is safe, it just can’t physically leave the platform until the Partner-ID form a few centimetres above it has been filled in and validated. As soon as that happens, the next monthly export will sweep up everything that has built up.

8) When the numbers look “off” — the three common confusions

  • Open balance shrinks at the start of the month. That’s intentional. On the 1st, last month’s earnings move out of Open balance and into a fresh row in Awaiting payout. The total didn’t disappear — it changed columns.
  • “Amount” on the row is less than your gross sales for the month. The number in the table is your share after the platform commission and any third-party costs (where applicable). For the full split, see How creator payouts work.
  • “Paid on” date doesn’t match the day money arrived in your bank. The “Paid on” timestamp is when the bank transfer was confirmed sent. The money then reaches your bank between the 4th and the 7th of the month. If it still hasn’t landed after the 7th, ask through support with the period (e.g. “January 2026 payout”).

9) FAQ

Q: When exactly is the next monthly run built?
The 1st of every month, just after midnight Berlin time. The “Next export” tile shows the date in plain English (e.g. “February 1, 2026”).

Q: My bank statement shows a charge from “Netfield Media S.L”. Is that you?
Yes — that’s the legal name of the bank-transfer service that sends out our monthly file. Receipts and payout confirmations also reference it on the line items, so when you scan a statement, that’s the entry to look for.

Q: What if I never get the “Paid” email?
Check spam first. If nothing’s there, the row in Paid out is the source of truth — if it shows Paid with a date, the transfer was confirmed sent regardless of the email. If you’d like a copy of the confirmation, ask support and reference the period.

Q: I changed my IBAN halfway through a month. Which IBAN does the export use?
The IBAN linked to your validated Partner-ID at the moment the export is built (the 1st of the next month). If you change the IBAN mid-month and the change is fully processed before the 1st, the next export uses the new one. If the change is still pending on the 1st, the next export may be held one cycle to be safe — see Changing your IBAN or bank account.

Q: Why doesn’t the chart go all the way back to my first month?
The chart shows the last 24 months. The full 100-row history is in the Paid out table below.

Q: Where do I see the gross-vs-net breakdown for each row?
The Payouts page shows your share (the net you receive). For the per-sale gross breakdown, the Sales report in the storefront sidebar lists every order with the commission split applied.

Q: Can I use the same Partner-ID on your other sites?
Yes. Your Partner-ID is issued by our payout partner and is shared across GuyScat, Lewdden and ScatPortal. If you create on more than one, enter the same validated Partner-ID on each site’s Payouts page — you do not request a separate one per site.

Need more help

If a row is stuck in Queued or In Netfield queue for more than two working days after the export date, open a support ticket under the Payouts category and include the period (e.g. “January 2026”) and the amount. We’ll trace it from the export file through to the bank confirmation. Path: Contacting support.
